Permission is granted to use AutoSaaSLaunch for personal or commercial purposes to submit your SaaS products to directories. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by AutoSaaSLaunch at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your SaaS profile information is accurate and up-to-date
• Complying with the terms of service of all directories you submit to
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment and Refunds

AutoSaaSLaunch offers a one-time payment for lifetime access. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet used the Service to submit to any directories.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoSaaSLaunch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AutoSaaSLaunch does not guarantee that your submissions will be accepted by any directory, nor do we guarantee any specific results from using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoSaaSLaunch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
